Tres Braids

One of my New Year's resolutions was to make more of an effort to do my hair. I had been blaming my long hair for my lack of styling it. Now that I have cut it all off, I'm out of excuses.

Today,  I curled my hair and then added some braids, three to be exact:

I have to admit it is a lot easier and less time consuming to style short hair. To get this look I first curled my hair with Conair Instant Heat 1" curling iron:

I used Kenra hairspray throughout the curling process and then (perhaps a little excessively) once I was finished curling (I blame the southern girl in me).

PSx2- Pray for *NO* snow this weekend. I am trying to go to Central Oregon for the first time since December 7th. I can only make the trip if the roads continue to be snow free...fingers crossed!!!
