FRIDAY
I worked all day Friday. I wanted to wear something festive for Valentine's Day, without looking like St. Valentine threw up on me, so I opted for pink slacks pairing them with flirty floral print & lace. Oh and of course a bright pink lips.

Friday night we stayed in and had a home cooked meal. We made everything from scratch and everything "clean eating"...minus the cocktails of course ;-) I surprised Corey with this chocolate orange cheesecake for dessert (glad to see those wedding cake knives were of some use again).

SATURDAY
Big day Saturday. It started with a much needed trip to Starbuck's and then Rendezvous Salon for some one on one time with Mattie (my stylist). I've been growing my hair out for quite come time. I was actually surprised how long it got:

With a lot of changes going on in the DuPont house lately, I decided I need to do something drastic with my hair as well. Why not right? I am so happy with the way it turned out:

I am in love with the red pieces she weaved throughout. Mattie has been doing my hair for 6 years. :-o She's made me a blonde, a brunette and now a semi-red head. We've tried long hair, short hair, layers, A-lines. No matter what crazy thing I'm into she always makes it look amazing. Thanks Mattie, you're the best!!!

Saturday night we went with some friends to the Zion's Bank opening celebration in downtown Boise. There were fireworks and a FREE Goo Goo Dolls concert. SAY WHAT?!? Here's my Goo Goo Doll attire:
