Casual Wear

A recent schedule change has left me with fewer hours at work. Don't worry bombshells, there is always a silver lining. Working less leaves more time for DIY projects, cooking, exercising and taking Oscar for long walks in the park (which he is loving). Plus, I get to spend more time here with you all :-) It also gives me a chance to put together new casual wear looks. Here is one of my recent casual outfits:
Jean Jacket: DownEast Basics

I love pairing light and dark denim for the spring.
Jeans: Banana Republic, Top: Gap
Bracelet: Tiffany's (a gift from my Godparents), Necklace: Gift from my parents
Flats: Target

Where did I learn to rock the casual wear? I guess you could say "I got it from my mama." She wore this adorable navy & white striped dress when I was home last:

Isn't she a blue-eyed beauty? Love her!!!

Boots: Favuer Boutique (in Bend, OR)

I'm excited to say 1 week from today we (Corey & I) will be on our way to Jamaica, where I will be practicing the ultimate casual wear of sandals and swimsuit cover-ups. Fear not bombshells, I do plan on posting a couple more things before we head to the islands. I just finished up an exciting DIY project tonight, so you should be seeing more on that this weekend. Stay tuned...

    1. Thanks Dawn! I think the light and dark denim is the perfect pairing for the winter to spring transition :-)
