The 2013 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards

The 70th annual Golden Globe Awards were hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on NBC. This enchanting evening took place at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel in California. The fashion kept me on the edge of my seat this year. Look below for some of my favorite gowns of the evening...and some of my not so favorite.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus - Such a timeless beauty. She's stunning! (I hope I look like this when I'm 52)

Julianne Moore - Won best actress in a mini series

Isla Fisher in Reem Acra

Naomi Watts in Zac Posen (would've been better in a brighter, cooler tone)

BoiseBombshell NO NOs:

Emily Mortimer- terrible crimped metallic gown accompanied by unkept hair

Alyssa Milano - the fabric looked cheap, the color was horrific

Lucy Liu in Carolina Herrera- she's incredibly fit, she could wear anything and yet she chose grandma's tapestries

Katherine McPhee - much too risque for the red carpet, so distasteful

Sienna Miller...I think the picture speaks for itself

Amanda Seyfried - the white gown completely washed her out

Amy Poheler's suit, she's much too petite for a cropped suit with strappy heels, it really chopped her up, love the necklace though

Jessica Chastain's dress it made her chest look saggy, the color was quite fabulous though

Rachel Weisz in Louis Vuitton (one of the worst versions of the sheer trend that I've seen)

BoiseBombshell Dislikes:

The infamous one leg, a little unoriginal, Angelina created this trend last year at the 2012 Academy Awards (the trend has come and gone ladies, "legs" get with the program)...

All the ladies had the same hair style: Hollywood glamour, one sided, big waves. Usually I love this look, but not when everyone wears it on the same night.
