- Girl in a Country Song - music video of the year (mostly because it points out how ridiculous country music has become, degrading women and making us seem like nothing more than something pretty to look at, RIDICULOUS. - Little Big Town - single of the year
- Raise 'Em Up - musical event of the year
One of my favorite performances of the night was Reba with Brooks & Dunn. A great pairing.

The BoiseBombshell Best Dressed:
I can't
say I'm surprised to see Jana Kramer on the best dressed list, she
usually rocks the red carpet. Tonight she just might have stolen the red
carpet. The navy sparkle detail with her blonde locks was the perfect
pairing. She is so stunning in this gown, you might miss noticing her
beautiful baby bump had she not pointed it out.

Short & sweet. I love how the cutouts on the sleeves match the neckline. She did a fabulous job at keeping her accessories to a minimum, which keeps the short length from looking too racy. Did I mention how amazing her body looks in this dress? Stunning.

I am so excited to have Kacey Musgraves on the best dressed list this year. She's missed it a couple times in the past (remember her hair last year? see under "maybes" here), but definitely nailed it this year with her old Hollywood glamour style. Love the dark hair, red lips and the unique gown color. The only change I might have made? Skip the chunky rings and go with a delicate tear drop jewel or diamond necklace. Just a one piece bodice, awkward. Who wants to worry about waxing when performing in front of thousands? She of course pulled it off and looked amazing, even without pants.

She has landed on my worst dressed list many-a-times, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised. The high neckline, keeps the sheer underlay from being too scandalous. I love the way she did her hair...or rather how someone else did her hair.

I was surprised how much I liked the unique neckline. I love the color too. Unfortunately it's way too much material for her 5'1" frame. If the dress would have been fitted on the bottom and possibly tea length, it would have been perfect.

I like the neckline, but the satin detail down the side and neckline made it look a little 90s. The satin clutch didn't help this issue. The pink hair was probably intended to make her look more rebel rock n' roll, but it honestly just looks silly.

This was the absolute worst gown of the evening. The color, the cut, the fit, the way her hair is flat and lifeless to her head, her orange tan...Oh but if you could hear her sing, you would not care what she's wearing, her voice is so incredibly powerful. Formerly of the Steel Magnolias, Meghan Linsey is now trying to break out as a soloist. She has the vocal talent, now she just needs a new stylist.
