I have been somewhat reluctant, yet excited for this set of pictures from my shoot with Boise Pro Photos. Reluctant because this is the last set of photos from the shoot :-( Excited because these are some of my favorite images Mike Bryant took.
This vanity was my birthday present last year (read about the DIY vanity makeover here). This little corner of "girly" space, a bombshell oasis if you will, brings me so much happiness. It's where I play "fashion stylist"and do my makeup on the weekends (let's be honest there is no time for fun things like this during the work week):

These photos were tricky for me to take, as I didn't do a lot of smiling in this series which is more my style. Mike brilliantly pointed out this outfit was more "sleepy" and a big smile didn't quite fit with the ensemble...he was entirely right.

I loved the way Mike worked with the natural lighting to get everything just right. He's not a big flash photography fan, which turns out is a good thing because this natural light looks so much better.
