Started from the small confines of her dorm room back in 2002, Susan Gregg Koger and then boyfriend (now husband) Eric, developed a way to share all of Susan's thrift store finds with people everywhere. Once they graduated from college in 2006, Susan and Eric attended their first trade show and ModCloth exploded from there. Now ModCloth employs close to 300 people! The company focuses on retro styled clothing from dresses, to shoes, to accessories. You name it, they've got it. Prices range from extremely affordable to a little pricier for designer items such as Tracy Reese. There are tons of ways to shop for things on ModCloth. Search by item, occasion or style. I spent most of my afternoon procrastinating homework and scouring the pages of ModCloth instead :-) Here are some of my favorite finds:
They even have home goods: decorations, lighting, rugs, bedding, kitchen and bath. Loved this unique spin on a bulletin board below.
One of my favorite things about the site? For those super cute items that have sold out, you can let the company know you want to order the item. Based on the feedback they receive, they may restock it! How awesome is that!!! Check it out: http://www.modcloth.com/.
